Centering Prayer
Quiet your mind and open your heart to the presence of God.
A service of Centering Prayer—also known as “contemplative prayer”—is offered at St. Barnabas the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 5:15 to 6:00 p.m.
Scriptures from the Daily Office with the Rite 2 Evening Prayer service and simple instructions for the centering prayer are provided. A space of twenty minutes of total silence is observed for personal prayer. All are welcome!
